XEXE Gallery is presenting Halo, works by artist Kirsten Johnson. The show opens February 28 and runs until March 30. XEXE Halo is a series of figurative paintings on blue-stained wood where 21st-century cell phone users are turned into saints. At 624 Richmond Street West.

The full title of the painting which inspired our magazine title is Homo sapiens, Lepidium sativum and Calliphora vomitoria - a wise man, some cress, and a bluebottle. It is the work of British artist Stuart Pearson Wright.
