The Gadzookian was recently asking people what they love most about Toronto. A nice man named Andrew was most eloquent in listing the things he loves most about the city – from Union Station to Don Mills, from TVO to the Toronto Pipe Band – Andrew loves lots of Toronto.
When the number got past 30, Gadzooks wondered if there was anything Andrew didn’t like about the city. “City Council,” he said without hesitation. “There are too many of them and they’re all a bunch of pricks too busy knifing each other behind the back to get anything done.”
Well, there you have it.

- The waterfront

- That the rest of Canada thinks we suck
- How Don Mills was planned
- Toronto in the fall
- St. James Cathedral
- City swimming pools
- Union Station
- City golf courses, especially Datonia
- Beautiful ravines
- Scarborough Bluffs
- Fox Movie Theatre in The Beaches
- The Queen Street Viaduct
- Edward’s Gardens
- Trinity Bellwoods Park and that nursing home behind it
- That church behind the Eaton Centre
- The Royal York
