Iza: I was on Queen Street West, looked up and saw this overhead.
Jessica: Ooh! The shoes mean it's some crack dealer's turf, I think.
The elephant? Who knows...an illegal ivory merchant's tag, perhaps?
Iza: Rrrrrreally?! That's probably it, on both counts. I heard someone
say once that the shoes meant someone had died, but I always thought that
was kind of an odd way of acknowledging it...
