The film explores the state of freedom of expression around the world
in 2008, the 60 year anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which protects freedom of expression under Article 19.

Following the film there will be a panel discussion on the limitations of
freedom of expression, featuring media defence lawyer Frank Addario, CBC journalist Carol Off, and journalist/lecturer Mary Deanne Shears.
